Away from all noise nuisances but close to all amenities: restaurants, bars, grocery store, laundry, 10 minutes walk to the port and its summer activities, bars and restaurants. The sailboat is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking hob, dishes, fans, wifi. For sleeping: 2 beds in the central cabin and a double bed in the forward cabin. The sailboat does not have a bathroom on board but you have access to the port facilities which are 40 minutes from the boat. Possibility of independent arrival
