Simple, transparent pricing

None. Whatever your plan, you receive the full amount of your travelers' payments. Only bank transaction fees are withheld by Stripe (typically 1.5 % + €0.25).

Two simple plans:

Free: your listing on the Triptic portal, bookings and messaging — with no time limit.
Plus (€9 excl. VAT per active property per month): all the tools to grow your direct business: instant booking, booking management and edits (including manual entry), calendar sync, statistics, contact management, digital guestbook…

You can then add à la carte modules (website, shop…) as you need them, without paying for the rest.

Traditional platforms take between 15 % and 25 % on every booking. With Triptic, those commissions disappear. Your savings depend on your booking volume, your rates and the number of properties you manage. Use our calculator to get a personalized estimate in a few clicks.

Yes. You get a 30-day free trial on Plus and on each module — once per plan. A payment method is required to start the trial and you are notified 3 days before it ends. The Free plan remains available with no time limit.

Absolutely. Triptic works without commitment. You can cancel Plus or any module at any time, in a few clicks from your space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Yes. You can switch between Free and Plus whenever you want, and freely add or remove modules. Adjustments are prorated and carried over to the next invoice: one single charge per month, no surprises.

Only active properties are billed. A property becomes active on its first engagement: publishing on the Triptic portal or on your website, or creating a booking. A draft costs nothing. You can deactivate a property at any time: it is then unpublished from all channels and its billing stops.

Billing automatically follows your number of active properties. Activate a property mid-month? You only pay the prorated amount, added to your next invoice. Deactivate one? The adjustment is immediate and the overpaid amount is credited on your next invoice.

Payments are handled by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Funds never pass through Triptic: they are secured directly on your Stripe account and released the day after travelers arrive. You keep full control over your revenue.
